We welcome your extended abstracts for topics under both CASPT and Transit Data. Both tracks will be submitting papers through the same site.
Extended abstracts (minimum 1000 to a maximum of 2000 words, excluding figures, tables and references) must be received electronically (in PDF) not later than 15 December 2017. We encourage you to use either LaTeX or Microsoft Word to format your document. A template for LaTeX can be downloaded here and a Word Template can be obtained here.
Papers will be selected for presentation based on the extended abstracts, with notification by 31 January 2018. Selected contributors are expected to submit a full version of their paper (up to 20 pages including figures, tables, and references) electronically no later than 15 May 2018.
Both submissions (extended abstracts and full papers) should be completed via EasyChair, with the submission in PDF form. Submissions should follow the LaTeX or Word templates. General information on the styles to be included in the submission can be found at the Information for Authors page of the journal Public Transport, which can be found here.
The EasyChair site can be accessed here:
Papers will be distributed to the participants of CASPT 2018 on an USB-stick, which will also serve as the Proceedings of the Conference. All authors of accepted papers will be invited to submit their papers to the journal Public Transport for further review and publication.
